Meg Burke Dingae

Position: Enterprise Human Experience & Digital Health Lead

Meg Dingae leads Enterprise Human Experience (Hx) and Digital Health at Montage Health in Monterey, CA. In her current role, Meg is responsible for delivering on the expectations of all stakeholders, including patients, providers, employees, health plan members and community members to ensure an exceptional experience for all who engage with the Montage Health system. By leveraging innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Meg and her team focus on simplifying system navigation, creating more self-service options, and automating internal standard workflows so that providers and staff can spend more time with the patients in front of them, and less time on their computers. The Hx and Digital Health programs aim to create more equitable access to care while improving clinical outcomes for patients and the community as a whole. Meg has nearly 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare strategic planning and execution, hospital quality and performance improvement, and community-based population health. Prior to joining Montage Health in early 2021, Meg was the Director of Strategy & Execution for the medical group of Kaiser Permanente Colorado, and led the educational grants program at the nation’s leading respiratory hospital, National Jewish Health in Denver, CO. Meg earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and her master’s degree in healthcare administration from Regis University in Denver, CO.
